A different kind of executive coach. The cool kind. The kind who only works with people she loves and would easily call friends. The kind who makes sure that every coaching session is filled with value.
A different kind of speaker/trainer/facilitator. The kind that goes deep with groups and audiences, and makes sure that they walk out with new insights and more importantly new/better connections. Connections to the people, goals and ideas that they value.
A different kind of consultant. Committed to results and solutions, not just analysis. Custom-tailored programs and projects.
Hi, I’m Irina. And I love helping high-achievers reach greater levels of success. Helping leaders and groups gain clarity, connect more consciously, overcome obstacles and create the change and growth they want is such a privilege. Whether I’m speaking, consulting or coaching, my favorite topics include: Influence, Engagement, Resonant Leadership, Lasting Change, Relationships, Uncertainty, Powerful Communication, BizLove, Brand and Authentic Confidence.
On some level, I’ve been helping people with these issues for most of my life. I have always been the go-to person when someone needed support through a challenge, a transition or simply through the “stuff” that the world throws at them. After a successful career in marketing, I decided to put the pieces together. A personal story full of twists and turns + psychology degree + executive experience + entrepreneurial experience + passion for better business and better living and better loving = the work I do today.
I partner with remarkable leaders and organizations to help them realize their goals (and usually exceed them). I bring all I can, and all I am to the process. I use my education, experience, best business practices, passion for personal development and unshakeable belief that we can all improve the way we work, live and love. My clients have called me a personal trainer for the mind/body/heart/soul, a business strategist, relationship guru, and a shrink/role model/drill sergeant all in one small package.
For over 20 years, I was content to build my career in marketing and executive management. I did well, worked with wonderful people and accomplished big things. It was enough. Until it wasn’t. Until I knew that I wanted – no, needed – to work with people one-on-one, as well as with groups around the world that wanted to reach higher, connect better, influence more significantly and engage more meaningfully. I wanted to combine my passions for good business and good living, to help people succeed both personally and professionally.
And I get to do that. Every day. I bring my whole self – the little girl whose parents brought her to America and told her to quickly learn English, the dedicated student (and rebellious teenager), the ambitious career woman who was determined to juggle it all, the creative and resourceful entrepreneur, the friend, the relationship builder, the mom, the hopeless romantic, the corny joke teller, the football and basketball fan, the writer, the music lover, and the the life-long student of business, leadership and human development. I bring it all. On stage. In small workshops and retreats. In my consulting work. And especially in my coaching relationships.
When I describe my work, I like to say that “I get paid to have life-changing and business-growing conversations that help people achieve more than they ever imagined.” Really… how incredible is that?!
But enough about me. Let’s talk about you…
You’re smart. You’re fun. You’re driven.
Success hasn’t been handed to you. You created it. Through hard work, determination, good decisions (and some less-than-good decisions).
When you look back on your life, you realize that the best things weren’t things – they were people, experiences, challenging journeys and lessons learned along the way.
You know that life and work are better with amazing people by your side.
If I can be one of those people, let’s talk…
